Life Assurance

All UK employees can opt in to Life Assurance (aka Death in Service). Cover is provided by AIG. This is not a taxable benefit so employees don’t pay tax on this. The policy pays out a lump sum of 4 x salary for death in service. To opt in please email Becky Dunbar (becky@thoughtbot.com).
