thoughtbot supports mothers who wish to express breastmilk during the workday.

In the case of in-person meetings or events, thoughtbot will provide breastfeeding employees a secure & comfortable space to pump & store breastmilk, and the flexibility to pump as needed.

thoughtbot expressly prohibits retaliation related to breastfeeding or expressing milk.

Breastmilk shipping

thoughtbot will cover the expense of shipping breastmilk home while on work travel.

Employees wishing to ship milk should place an order with Milk Stork prior to traveling. Milk Stork will ship cooler boxes and breastmilk bags directly to your hotel along with a prepaid overnight FedEx labels.

UK employees may order boxes directly from FedEx.
