Lactation Accommodation Policy

thoughtbot supports lactating employees who wish to express milk during the workday.

In the case of in-person meetings or events, thoughtbot will provide lactating employees a secure & comfortable space to pump & store expressed milk, and the flexibility to pump as needed.

thoughtbot expressly prohibits retaliation related to breastfeeding, chestfeeding, or expressing milk.

Shipping milk

thoughtbot will cover the expense of shipping expressed milk home while on work travel.
