All holidays are determined by the Employer of Record and may vary by year.

Holidays that fall on a Sunday transfer to the following Monday. Holidays that fall on a Saturday do not transfer to another weekday.

Annual leave

Employees accrue 23 days of annual leave per year. Your accrual increases to 25 days per year on your third anniversary at thoughtbot.
